Privacy Policy

AgentKinetics ("we", "us") operates agentkinetics.io. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you book a call through our embedded Calendly scheduler, Calendly collects the details you provide (name, email, and anything you write in the booking form) under Calendly's privacy policy, and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting. If you contact us by email or social media DM, we receive what you send.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We don't run third-party advertising trackers on this site. We use Vercel's privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count visits — it doesn't identify you or follow you across sites. The on-site chat assistant answers from a script in your browser and stores nothing on its own; if you choose to leave a message for Daniel, the message, the email you enter, the page you were on, and your browser type are saved to our database (hosted on Supabase) so he can reply, and nowhere else.

How we use it

To run your strategy call, follow up about your project, and deliver engagements you hire us for. Client project information is treated as confidential and covered by the agreement we sign together.

Third-party services

This site is hosted on Vercel, loads fonts from Google Fonts, embeds Calendly for scheduling, and stores chat messages you choose to leave in a Supabase database. Each processes basic technical data (such as IP addresses) to serve their function.
